Our Rustic American Flag is made of prime AAA pine by hand in our Carolina Woodshop. I make them one at a time, and though they are all made from the same material and plans, like our kids and grandkids… they are all a little different and have their own personalities and looks. It’s all about the art! The flag is roughly 19 inches tall, 37.5 inches wide, and three quarters of an inch thick. The blue and red tints are stains and the natural pine color stays for the white. The stars are 1 inch tall, cut from 3/8-inch pine bord, and then shaped and glued on and fastened with a pin. The stripes are put together with #20 biscuits and glued just like a tabletop. This grand flag hangs proudly by a 60lb picture framing wire held on by two sturdy D rings. This guy is designed for indoor use only. Thank you for looking at our work!
