Bought these headlights to improve the look and function of the OEM headlights on my 07 Tacoma TRD Sport. After 7 years and like any headlight, both headlight lenses began to dull/haze over time and was starting to notice lesser light output at night. I wanted a black housing headlight because I always liked the way they looked on the newer generation Tacomas and wasn't willing to pay $400 for new OEM replacements from the dealership.I'd read reviews about the aftermarket lights needing to be sealed to prevent condensation and moisture from forming on the inside housing. And it didn't seem to matter which company/manufacturer people bought lights from as they all had issues. For the price and the look I opted for the Anzos. These headlights are sharp and looked great out of the box. Seemed to be well made and I didn't notice many issues before installing. Like I mentioned earlier, all aftermarket headlights should be sealed before installing if you want to prevent them from getting condensation on the inside. So I went to Walmart and bought a tube of clear RTV Silicon Adhesive to apply around each entire headlight where the lens meets the housing. I chose clear in case my seal job got a little sloppy and may have been visible after installing but the portion that you seal is completely hidden under the hood after installing. I offer this piece of info because the clear silicon was a bit difficult to see when applying and a few times I wasn't completely sure how well the silicon was applied. Using the black silicon would have prevented this and would still have been hidden under the hood. I let the clear dry for 24 hours and came back to apply another bead for extra measure. The headlights came with all the necessary bulbs and wire connections but the installation instructions were not clear or not included at all and I ultimately had to Youtube some videos on how to remove the grill and OEM headlights. The fit was a little tight in the corners but I did not have to cut or trim anything to get them to fit. After installing I was excited at how well they looked on my truck and went straight to the car wash to see if my seal job worked. I thought the best way to test would be to run through an auto wash as that environment would mirror torrential downpours the best. Pulled in the bay and ran the cheap wash cycle. Drove it straight home to allow plenty of time for water to settle where it may and was hugely disappointed to see condensation had formed in each of the lower, inside corners. It wasn't a lot of condensation but arguably enough to disappoint anyone who took the time to try to avoid the issue.I decided to give it some time as the instructions that did come with the headlights mention that a little condensation forming upon initial use is normal. To me that just sounded like a disclaimer to prevent liability from faulty lights but I wanted to give Anzo the benefit of the doubt. A day or two passed and we had some rain on a Saturday while the fiance and I were out running errands. Wasn't a lot of rain, just kind of a cold drizzle and sure enough, more condensation in the same two spots.By now I decided that I'd be returning the headlights and contacted Amazon directly. The customer care rep I talked to was great and showed empathy for my situation and was more than willing to issue the refund. I realized that during the process I had roughly 45 days to ship the headlights back.So I decided to take advantage of that return window and really give the headlights another shot. After all, I'd applied 2 beads of seal to protect the lights. Well, it's been 2 or 3 weeks since the second condensation and I'm happy to report that I haven't seen the issue since. I've taken it through the same cheap automatic car wash, a self-wash with pressure washer hose and have had a few wet days and no more condensation. I hope that I'm not jynxing myself in writing this review but the issues seems to have resolved itself and I've decided to cancel the return. In short, if you seal and get a little condensation the first few times, the issue may correct itself. Maybe I'll be back to update this review after a few months but I sure hope I don't have to.
