It’s not too tight or loose :) (guess that means I have a big head?) it’s also adorable and I’m so excited to wear it out!the stitching around the bill of the hat is off by about a half inch making the hat fit look loose no matter you doThis is a cute and good quality hat (I got the red with flag.) I have an average sized head for a woman and the hat does sit in an odd spot as mentioned in another review. It sits at the very top of the ear making it so you cannot wear it above ears as it pushes them out and hard to tuck ears under the edge. Still keeping since I got it for the 4th and hoping to use my hair in a pony through the back to hold my ears under the edge.Love this hat , fit me nicely
