I especially like than this hat doesn't have the ridiculously high front found on most hats. This hat fits like the old school ball caps and has a heavy duty bill that can be formed and stay in place. The down side is the wool like material. It's not the soft cottony feel and the adjustable clasp is a tacky bronze color. I would have preferred black, like the hat), or velcro as a much better option.Strong construction and ventilated and the patch holds very strong and comes off clean for a quick patch change.If your looking for a cheap but a fairly good quality American flag baseball hat here it is. I was looking for a low profile blacked out American flag hat but most of them were either high priced with negative feedback or the flag on the front was oversized where it looked like a billboard. I liked the size of the flag on this hat it was perfect the flag was sewn just a hair off it’s centered correctly it’s just barely tilted but this wasn’t the reason I took a star off because most people wouldn’t even notice and I really like the look of the American flag. The reason I deducted a star as you can see in the picture of the rear of the hat how far I had to open the closure in the back to fit my head almost all the way to the end. Still though I truly would recommend this hat remember it’s under 10 bucks and it is well worth it and I do have a large head so if it fits me I almost guarantee it will fit yours.“Peace “A nice hat. Looks good. I like that the flag is removable (velcro backing) so I can switch between my collection of hat patches. The only drawback is that the hat seems "short" if that makes sense. It feels as though it does not come down low enough on the head (towards the ears) to get a solid fit. I wear it when kayak fishing and a moderate wind gust (over 10 knots) will blow it off my head, unlike all of my other ball caps (I have over 50!). Other than that issue it is still a nice lid!I'm happy with this purchase.I liked it so much I ordered another one.Still need more time wearing but the fit and feel is disappointing but looks great
